When wearing a denim jacket with a necktie pick a tie that is trendy rather than traditional. Choose a tie that is a fashion accessory that immediately shows that it was added to your look on purpose. Excellent are skinny ties in single color. Ideal are gray, charcoal, and black skinny ties made from wool. Not only do they look a bit more casual, but they also complement the relaxed look of the jacket.
