Many of our custom tie requests are not just for neckties but also for matching ladies scarves. One of these recent jobs was for an event at a medical educational program. The client was looking for a tie in gray, blue, and golden-yellow. The client also wanted to see some options with the university crest as well as some embroidered text. We started with the neckties first, and once we had a tie design finalized we would work on some complimenting scarf suggestions. Below is the first set of ties we created for the client:
The client liked the striped design but wanted to simplify the design by removing the university’s logo from the front of the tie. Instead we added this logo to the bag tag (tie keeper) on the tie. Here are the finalized spec sheets for both necktie as well as complimenting scarf:
All designs were approved by our client and we started the production run. 45 days later the ties and matching ladies scarves arrived at our warehouse for a final quality check before sending them on to our client. Below are some more detailed photos of both scarf and matching tie:
