The client was looking to create a simple silver and cherry red striped tie with a light silver logo at the bottom. Recently we were contacted by a Catholic School to help create a necktie for their school uniform. The client wanted a single logo at the bottom of the tie and wanted a green and white color palette. The school colors were a forest green and white. After reviewing the logo and the colors colors we created some these initial design suggestions for our client:

The client liked design 1 and design 4 above and asked us to combine “the best of both” into a single design. The client liked the stripes of design one but preferred the logo placement of design four. After finalizing this design and submitting for production, the final ties arrived just 4 weeks later. Below is another detailed photo of the final tie showing the embroidered detail of the logo.

We had lots of fun designing this set of men’s bow ties and matching ladies scarves. All colors had to match our client’s specific pantone colors. For the bow tie we opted for a woven fabric that has a nice depth and more of an embroidered look. The matching women’s scarves were made from a printed satin fabric that has a lighter weight and softer feel. Below are some more detailed photos of both bowtie and scarf:

Often times the most classic designs are the ones that stick out the most. That was the case with this striped tie in black, royal purple, and gold we made for Notre Dame Prep. The classic striped design we created was paired with an intricate textured repp weave. The detailed logo was embroidered using an intricate cross stitch – making it stand out from the textured background. Below is another photo of the tie:

By now we have made custom ties for organizations all over the world but occasionally we still get surprised from where we get inquiries. This was certainly the case when we were contacted by a church in Tonga. The client wanted a simple black tie with a large red cross along with their the tongan words “FANAU’I FO’OU” in gold. After a couple design revisions the client liked the design below the most. Just 35 days after starting the production did the ties arrive in Tonga.

Often times the most classic and timeless designs turn into our favorites! That is certainly the case with this tie we custom made for a Lacrosse Team in Souther California. The client  gave us a lot of design freedom as long as the design is traditional and is using their signature antique gold and maroon red palette. To create the traditional feel our designers took a British regimental stripe design, added the client colors, and specced a detailed logo embroidery at the tip of the tie. To go along with the preppy look & feel of this tie the client also opted for nothing but the finest silk. Below are some detailed photos of the tie and the embroidery.

For this week’s custom design feature, we chose an all-over logo pattern design we created for one of our clients in 3 different color/design variations. The customer wanted to use a black & silver, as well as a black & gold palette as well as an all-over logo pattern design. Below were some initial design mock ups we created for this client:

After some slight scale revisions the customer opted for a variation of design 2, 3, and 4 above. Furthermore for design 4 the client liked the idea of using a gold metallic yarn to create more sheen and sparkle. Below are more detailed photos for each of the ties.

One of our customers contacted us to create another set of bow ties. The client wanted a white and blue color palette with their paw-print logo on it. After a few design suggestions using the custom’s input and feedback, the below design was finalized. Each tie was made in a self-tied style with adjustable neckband. Each bow tie also was made with a matching gift box that also includes some detailed bow tie tying instruction. Below are a few more photos of the final bow ties:

Just last week we featured a custom  private label bow tie we made for another client who wanted his design made into bow ties. Today’s featured custom tie job is similar in a sense that the client sent us a photo of a tie they wanted made. Besides the necktie they also wanted matching pre-tied bow ties made.
