"Delivery was quick. Tie was excellent, but color varied from the photo on the website. Tie was exchanged for a different color tie of similar design. Again the color varied from the photo on the website, but it met my needs completely. Both ties looked different in different types of lighting and from different angles, presumably because of the texture of the fabric weave. Customer service was friendly and responsive."
