We regularly produce custom ties for school’s sports teams, and here is a perfect example of a recent job we did for a High School soccer team in Kansas City. The customer wanted a simple striped tie in bright red and white. At the bottom portion of the tie, the school’s coach wanted the embroidered writing “Trojan Soccer” as well as a soccer ball that appears to be in motion. After our designer created a handful of design suggestions, and after a round of edits, the design was finalized which is shown below:
Once design was approved, we went into production. 12 days later the fabrics were completed (image below left), which we shared with our client for feedback. Since no further edits were needed, we went into bulk production. All 85 ties were delivered to our customer 33 days after the order was submitted. The image on the right below shows the final tie.
